Innovative Teaching Practices
The Department of Engineering Sciences and Humanities strives to deliver 21st century
pedagogy that provides an inclusive environment for all students by integrating a variety of education,
research, and other opportunities to increase knowledge and skills in order to meet students' scientific
and technical goals. The department fosters a culture that supports and embraces the ideals of
diversity, inclusivity, and innovation in campus life, curriculum, and the application of knowledge to
real-world problems in a global context for the holistic development of technocrats. As a result,
learning is delivered through a variety of teaching strategies such as Curriculum Based Learning (CBL),
Aptitude and Attitude Development (AAD), and numerous Bridges courses.
